Version and availability
The application’s EULA 1.2 of 1 October 2026 is reproduced in full. It applies only to offers that present and accept that version; it does not retroactively replace earlier purchase terms without consent. EULA 1.1 remains in the archive. The monthly subscription is not yet available and Android is still in testing; the separate monthly supplement explains the terms prepared for that offer.

The Spanish text is the reference version. Translations assist understanding and do not reduce applicable mandatory rights.
1. Parties and acceptance
This Agreement is between Rafael Guerrero Chueca, licensor of LoadMosaic, and the person or organisation purchasing or using the licence. The applicable plan, total price, taxes, order and renewal, where relevant, are presented before purchase confirmation. Installation, activation or use requires acceptance of the terms corresponding to that offer. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.
This version does not retroactively replace an earlier purchase's original terms without consent. Valid commercial LoadMosaic WPF keys continue to be accepted. Accepting expanded Windows/Android coverage does not reduce acquired rights or require purchasing the same licence again.
2. Plans and price
The licence is non-exclusive and non-transferable, for the holder's internal personal or professional use. The software and its source code are not sold or assigned.
Perpetual licence: 99 EUR as a single payment. The right of use has no contractual expiry date or recurring fee, except valid termination for material breach. It includes updates and all future major versions of LoadMosaic that are published.
Monthly subscription: 29 EUR per month. It provides the same Pro features, updates and major versions published while it remains valid. It renews monthly until cancelled, under the dates and terms accepted at purchase. Accumulating monthly payments does not convert it into a perpetual licence. Renewal can be cancelled through the purchase or subscription management channel, with access retained until the already paid period ends.
Both prices use the same tax treatment of the corresponding offer. The total amount and breakdown displayed before payment determine the charge; this text does not state that the reference amounts include VAT in every territory. Statutory withdrawal, refund and conformity rights and the purchase channel's terms remain applicable. Starting a download or activation does not by itself remove mandatory rights.
3. Devices and holder
One licence allows a maximum of 2 activated devices in total, shared between Windows and Android, used by the same individual holder or purchasing organisation for its internal activity. A device can be deactivated and replaced through activation management. One purchase covers both platforms; it does not grant 2 additional activations per platform. Capacity cannot be pooled, rented or shared with unrelated third parties.
Valid commercial WPF keys may use these same 2 activations for expanded coverage when this version is accepted. The extension does not create a separate licence or retrospectively change the original contract.
4. Evaluation and environments
The Trial evaluation lasts 14 days with Pro features while valid. It is distinct from the TEST purchase and licensing test environment. The commercial edition uses LIVE; the Test edition uses TEST. Both environments may offer the Trial, but keys, orders and activations are separate. A TEST key does not activate the commercial edition or establish a real purchase.
5. Activation and offline operation
Initial activation and activation recovery may require a connection. The application validates the licence periodically, ordinarily every 24 hours.
For the perpetual plan, a validated installation retains its features for up to 365 consecutive days without successful online validation during transient failures or lack of connectivity. Once that period is completed, it automatically enters permanent offline continuity for the authorised installation and covered versions. Before this mode, an explicit invalid, revoked or refunded licence response may disable Pro features. Continuity does not grant new activations or guarantee that external servers will exist forever.
For the monthly plan, offline operation is limited to 7 days since the last successful validation and never exceeds the confirmed paid period's end. Further validation is then needed to continue Pro features. Explicit revocation or non-payment ending validity prevents new calculations; ordinary cancellation retains the already paid validity. A subscription does not use the perpetual licence's permanent offline mode.
6. End of validity and files
When a Trial or subscription ends, the application retains reading and export of existing user documents, without enabling new Pro calculations or optimisations. Loss of access due to an invalid licence does not transfer data ownership to the licensor. The application does not delete user files because of expiry, cancellation or a plan change. The holder retains original files and may renew or activate a valid licence to restore calculation features.
Editing local data and catalogues may continue; this access does not enable new capacity calculations, optimisations, load completion or Tetris.
7. Permitted and prohibited acts
A reasonable backup and use of the holder's own reports and data in their activity are allowed. Resale, sublicensing, rental, lending, publication or transfer of the licence without written permission, key sharing, bypassing activation or Trial and exceeding the device limit are prohibited. Reverse engineering, decompilation or modification is prohibited except to the extent allowed by mandatory law. Unlawful use and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
8. Data and privacy
The holder retains ownership and responsibility for boxes, pallets, layouts, settings and exports. Ordinary logistical calculations take place locally. Licensing, payment and support processing is explained in the Privacy Policy and relevant channel notices. Accounts, devices, files and keys must be protected. Local encryption does not make licence files transferable between users or devices.
9. Versions and updates
The perpetual licence includes all future published major versions of LoadMosaic without another payment for that coverage. The monthly plan includes versions published while valid. This does not promise any future version, feature or release date, or lifetime cloud service or hosting. For consumers, the obligation to provide updates, including security updates, necessary to maintain conformity for the legally required period prevails.
10. Support and external components
Support via support@loadmosaic.com is offered subject to availability, without a guaranteed response time or service level agreement, without limiting legal obligations. Purchases and activations may depend on Lemon Squeezy, the relevant Android channel and Google services. Their payment and management terms are presented in that channel and do not reduce mandatory rights. Third-party component licences and notices are distributed separately and retain their own terms. Maintenance or external failures may temporarily affect these services.
11. Results and liability
LoadMosaic is a support tool. Before loading, transporting or handling goods, the user must check dimensions, weights, centre of mass, stability, strength, stacking, restraint, compatibility, equipment limits and applicable technical, occupational and transport rules with competent personnel. It does not replace professional judgement, testing or regulations.
Efforts are made to match the published description without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. Consumers retain legal remedies for non-conformity. Professional limitations apply only as permitted by law and do not exclude wilful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury or non-excludable liability. Refunds and legal remedies are not excluded for unverified decisions, incorrect data, unauthorised changes or external services.
12. Termination, law and disputes
A material breach may result in valid termination, with reasonable opportunity to remedy where possible. After that termination, unauthorised software use must cease; ownership and recovery of user files remain intact. Cancelling monthly renewal is not a breach.
Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of their country's mandatory protection. Courts are determined by mandatory rules. support@loadmosaic.com may be contacted to try to resolve incidents without restricting time limits or legal action.
