1. Pending offer and relationship with the EULA
The monthly subscription is not yet available to purchase. These terms are prepared for presentation and acceptance before a future purchase; reading them does not start a subscription, payment or renewal. Android remains in testing and is not yet offered as a commercially available version.
This monthly supplement is separate from EULA 1.2 of 1 October 2026. When presented and accepted with a monthly offer, its renewal, duration and temporary validation terms prevail over clauses describing only the perpetual licence. The other EULA terms and mandatory rights remain applicable. It does not retroactively change earlier contracts without consent.
2. Price, renewal and shared coverage
The prepared offer is 29 EUR per month, with automatic monthly renewal. The final amount and applicable taxes will be displayed before payment confirmation. This reference amount does not state that VAT is included in every territory.
One monthly licence permits full features, updates and versions published while it remains valid on a maximum of 2 devices in total, combining Windows and Android, for the same holder or organisation. The entitlement is the same whether purchased through Lemon Squeezy or Google Play: there are not 2 additional devices per platform. A device can be deactivated and replaced through activation management. Accumulating monthly payments does not convert the subscription into a perpetual licence.
3. Cancellation and the already paid period
Renewal is cancelled in the original store: the Lemon Squeezy customer portal or Google Play subscription management, according to where it was purchased. Cancellation prevents future renewals and retains access until the already paid period ends, except for a refund or legitimate revocation. Statutory rights and applicable store terms remain in force.
Cancelling renewal does not delete your projects and is not a request to erase support data.
4. Internet, validation and offline operation
Internet is required to activate and maintain the subscription. After successful validation, offline operation lasts at most 7 days and never extends beyond the confirmed paid period’s end. Online validation is then required again; the monthly plan has no permanent offline mode of the perpetual licence.
A refund or revocation will be detected when validation resumes. Instant revocation is not promised while a device is offline and retains a valid temporary authorisation.
5. Expiry and keeping projects
When the paid period ends or authorisation is no longer valid, new calculations and optimisations are disabled. You may still open and export your projects; local editing permitted by the EULA does not enable new calculations. The application does not delete your files because of expiry or cancellation.
6. Android commercial availability pending
When Android becomes commercially available, the same licence will allow its activation within the shared 2-device limit, without buying again to change platform. No release date is promised. Android’s temporary unavailability does not postpone or restart the paid period of a subscription used on Windows.
7. Perpetual licences and acquired rights
The Windows/Android coverage and maximum of 2 devices in total in EULA 1.2 also apply to the perpetual licence, with equal rights between Lemon Squeezy and Google Play when those channels become available. This supplement does not reduce perpetual licence rights, convert it into a subscription or add monthly obligations to an earlier purchase. Acquired rights and the terms accepted for that purchase are preserved.
8. Separate evaluation and tester promotion
The free Trial evaluation lasts 14 days and starts no payments or automatic renewal. It is not a monthly subscription.
The promotion for accepted Android testers lasts 6 calendar months from the first activation of their individual code, once only. It requires no card, charges or automatic renewal and does not include Windows. It continues until its end date even if Android reaches production earlier; reinstalling or replacing a device does not restart the period. Each tester may use up to 2 Android installations managed through support, separate from the Google Play review credential and the Test edition.
9. Privacy, refunds and contact
The other terms of use and rights are set out in the applicable EULA and privacy and refund policies. This supplement introduces no new refund deadline and does not limit mandatory rights.
